Candidate Marketplace
The planned marketplace is designed to let your Master Resume Bank work on your behalf, entirely on your terms, without exposing the bank itself.
Opt-in only
Your resume bank is never included in marketplace search unless you explicitly turn it on, and you can turn it off again at any time.
Anonymous profile cards
Recruiters do not see your name, contact information, full resume, or Master Resume Bank. They see an anonymous profile card summarizing the experience relevant to their search.
Fuzzy, context-aware search
AI search can surface strong near matches that rigid filters miss. A recruiter searching for $50M or $100M budget oversight could still see a candidate with $70M oversight when the context makes that experience relevant.
You control contact
If a recruiter is interested, they can send a reach-out request. Your identity and contact information stay private unless and until you choose to engage.
Richer than a single resume
A Master Resume Bank contains a fuller picture of your career than a single resume or LinkedIn profile: achievements, metrics, variants, and phrasing that would never fit in one application document.
